ground plane antenna

hi to all!

I need to design a dual band antenna with reduced size ground plane for my thesis: does anyone have any suggest or article?

thanks

bye

I need it for Wlan (2.4 Ghz and 5.5 Ghz), I was thinking to a loop antennas, I find some articles saying that that type of antenna does not excitate a big current on ground plane. Do you know anything more about?
