Routing trace skill

Hi All,

When two traces is in perpendicular form but one trace on top layer and other on bottom layer. one trace is about 100kHz clock signal and other is data signal.

Will they interfere with each other?

Re: Routing trace skill

How many layers is the board? Are there any ground planes in between the top and the bottom?

It is a 2 layers PCB, ground planes on top and bottom layers.

Routing trace skill

Use ground plane in the middle, just tobe sure.
If it is not possible then may be you can move some trace away
and try to put ground trace in between.
The two trace are in perpendicular it maybe OK
if you have simulator then try to similate it first.
this may help.

Re: Routing trace skill

if the traces are in perpendicular to each other then there happens no problem.
But if u want to be sure put ground plane between to traces
thanks
