Hi,

I'm working with varactor to make a phase shifter. I'm making simulation in Ansoft Designer and I'm using the varactors MV2105 and MMBV105GLT1.

My simulated results using the models avaiable in Ansoft Degnsier for these varactor are very differents from the measured results. How I can correcte these?

How can I know the capacitance value of the varactor for a frequency? the datasheet only shows the value at 1MHz

I'm sending the image of the circuit. I'm measuring the value of the S11 phase to know tha fase shift. (before that, two of these lines will be connected with a hybrid to make the phase shifter)

resonate varactor with a known inductor value; then re calculate capacitance.

With the models, the capacitance of the varactor varies when i change de frequency.

When I use a model from same varactors, this don't occurs..

Someone knows wich is right?

The curve of capacitance varies a lot when I chance de frequency?
