Problem with running IR Drop Analysis

Hi all!
When i runnig IR Drop Analysis, i have an errror:
error while loading shared libraries: libdl.so.2. cannot open shared object file: no such file or directory.
How to fix this error???

The link or path isn't set correctly. Check your library path!
 

It is digital design issue?
