Broadband matching !

hello all,,

I am desiging an amplifier and having problem whilei am doing broadband matching 3-5 GHZ, any idea how to deal with this problem and which things to take into account for this purpose !

I am using cascoded amplifier!

You are being plagued by the Fano limit. This states that the reactance of the load sets the limits of the reflection coefficient over the desired bandwidth.
