Hi ,

I want to use this ADL 5802 Mixer but in the datasheet it says that we can use the IF output from Lf to 600MHz but it can be match externally to 3 Ghz .
i wanted to use it from 500 Mhz to 3GHz , how i can realise the broadband matching ?

if it not possible , how i can match this output for 2 ghz?

thanks

The datasheet mentions the necessity of additional matching components above 600 MHz but doesn't show circuit details or measured S parameters. Try to get the info from ADI or measure yourself.
