Problem in P-cad 2006 as I lose the pattern for a new component

I am having trouble with P-cad 2006. I created a symbol and pattern for a new somponent. After generate both symbol and pattern together to be a new component, I lost the pattern.

Is there anyone know how to solve this problem?
I am deeply appreciated.

To solve this problem follow these steps:
1- Ensure that both of Pattern & symbol exist in the same liberary.
2- Ensure that you didn't rename the pattern to another name.
3- Recreate the pattern again.
