Problem in loading TSMC 0.18u CMOS018/DEEP (6M, HV FET, sblock) model in spectre

Hello Experts,

I have saved the above model as .scs on my desktop and have loaded the model onto the spectre, But when I run it . I am getting the following error.

Error found by spectre during circuit read-in.
ERROR (SFE-868): "input.scs" 9: Unable to open input file `/home/rajalaban/Desktop/tsmc18d.scs'.
Permission denied.

Please help me, I am stuck.

Check the file's permissions. If it has no read permission for 'all', change it:

Code: 
chmod 644 /home/rajalaban/Desktop/tsmc18d.scs
