hi

Is there any line model in CADENCE Virtuoso for microstrip line simulation using Z0 and Electrical Length as in ADS?

Please guide. Thank you

To my knowledge, there are Transmission Lines in RF Library. But this library is not installed by default, you should install it manually.

There is a basic tline in analogLib. There is also another
that wants a model, which I've never used (having none)
if you want realism like losses and frequency response.
