write a program which implements a software 4 to 2 priority Encoder.this encoder has four inputs and two outputs ,if the inputs id B'0001' the output is B'00' and if the input is B'0010' or B'0011' the output is B'01' and so on .build a circut using pic16f877a , 2 leds and one 7 segment display for output and four SPDT switches for inputs.
