Peae help, line rate change using DRP in rocketio GTP virtex 5

Hi all,

I am trying to change line rate of my GTP using DRP interface provided.
I have successfully changed tx user clk rate as per requirement of the baud rate but my data is not getting aligned again.
Following are the steps I followed
- Configure GTP through coregen wizard for 1.25 GB/s
- After running the code for 10 ms I accesed its DRP to read few clock related registers
- I wrote the relevant bit values as per requirement
- reset GTP
- again send the comma character
but then data never gets aligned again

what could be the problem?
