PCB123 footprint generator help

Dear PCB123 users I tried to generate the foot print for the following footprint attached, but all ways i am getting distorted pattern like 80p6n-a.jpg
Please help to generate correct pattern. I tried number of times

1. Look up IPC-7351 and "The CAD libaray of the future"
2. Ditch imperial and use metric, most parts are now hard metric, including this one.

The top row of pins is offset, can you provide a screen shot of the pin data entry please.
 

here is pin parameters window

other parameters are:
pin pitch:0.8mm
pin diameter:0.35mm
foot length: 0.6mm

Land:
length extent:22mm
width extent:17mm
pitch length:1.65mm
pitch width:0.35mm

I tried in all possible ways but no improvement in drift
