Hi All,

I am getting problem in conversion of blockage layer from OA database to GDSII.

Actually I want to convert a memory LEF into gds, I am using below flow:
Step 1: Converted tech LEF & memory LEF into OA database (datamodel 4) using lef2oa utility of CCO. I have checked it here, all blockage layer are visible in CCO tool.

Step 2: Tried to convert this OA database into GDSII using oa2strm utility, but got 0 byte gds. I tried with different purpose for blockage layer in mapping file like: blockage, noprocessing, oaBlockage... but the utility is giving warning: "the purpose of layer is not found in database".

Have anybody faced such problem?
Please let me know if anybody have good open access conversion material.

Thanks in advance,
Ajay
