nanosim or ultrasim ?

Please give me some feedback, guys, which one is faster for 300k level mix-signal simulation?
 

I only have used nanosim, of cource ,if you only check the fuction, prelayout simulation would not spend many times, you can set the sim-model only 2 is enough, if you want to chech power, the higher sim-model you need to set, and then more time need. Of cource, the time are decided by you vector, if only serveral hundreds cycles need be simulation, I think 1 week is enough.
