Hi,
Does the 2N3924 contain or have exposed BeO to worry about?
The datasheet states BeO only for the 2n3926 and 2n3927, am I reading this right?
Thank you

2N3924 is standard TO-30 package. There's no room for BeO disc in this package.

In any case if it's inside the package then it is not "exposed".
If you don't grind on it you're fine.
