Hello, can the IF and RF ports of the Minicircuits SBL-1 or similar mixers (double balanced) be interchanged?
If so I would not need TX/RX switches to interchange these ports.

RF port can be interchanged with IF port in SBL-1 mixer, which has similar frequency ranges for those ports.
This interchange could not be valid for other DBM mixers, due to various internal transformers properties.
For example for RAY-11 mixer (also from Minicircuits) this interchange cannot be done if the mixer is used at the upper side of the frequency range (about 2.5GHz).

Can you investigate please if this can be done on MCL SRA-6 as well?

SRA-6 is the same as SBL-1, and the RF and IF ports can be interchanged up to 100 MHz, which is the upper working limit of the mixer.
