I notice that my lower frequency gain is too high,
so I hope I can find some method to decrease it
and I cannot remember the typical method

What are you talking about?? What is your circuit, amplifier.....

Another ridiculous question that nobody can understand. If you really need someone help, you'd better state your question clearly, your circuit clearly and your reasoning why you want to do that clearly. Otherwise, no one can help except wasting your time.

amplifier ,certainly

two-stage?
telescopic?
folded-cascode?
multiple-stage?
etc...

If it is an amplifier, why you need to reduce the gain.

put negative feedback. it can reduce your gain.

If you are trying to kill the gain at dc increase your bandwidth or your unity gain frequency. If you are using an internal compensation cap you can move it to a higher frequency.
