Measure question(DAC): where to connect outputs?

Measure question(DAC)

Dear all,
I have a 500MHz 12 bit DAC. It has two outputs.
These outputs connect 50 ohm.(simultion)
If I want to measue, where my outputs connect to ?
Now I am doing PCB to measure my DAC about INL , DNL and SFDR.
How do I do? If you know, please tell me detail.
Can you tell how to connect my inputs and outputs?
Which instrument and component do I need?
If you have any information, please let me know.
