Make Output voltage constant using some circuitry

Why do i need anti-aliasing filter? This chip is attenuating high frequency components.
The high frequency harmonics of the PWM signal will beat with the clock frequency and produce low frequencies.

And Why high frequency filter at output? after passing through filter, signal would have fully attenuated (more than enough) high frequency components.
The clock frequency leaks a little to the output.

Didn't you read about the switched capacitor filter in Google?
