LVS global error:layout has changed in library since extract

I am having problem with LVS. Log file is as follows at the end

After I got this error message, I repeated the extraction again but I get the same error message again and again.

Please heeeeeeeeeeelp!

you should save your layout. Then run lvs. It will be ok.

what it does is that during extract you are saving some markers into a layout view - it depends how your deck is written. SO effectively you modify your layout. Save the layout & extract before LVS run and you will be fine

Try saving and closing all the layout windows, and the extract again. If it does not work, you should contact some IT guys, because something is wrong.
