i want to get a low R(ON) switch circuit in order to get larger current

who can give me some help ,tips OR papers

use MOSFETs in parallel because of their negative feedback to temperature effects this doesn't cause any problem due to thermal runaway too....

How much current you talking,
For large high voltage currents IGBT is the way to go. It is not just the low on resistance that matters, Switching losses are the problem. During switching, the power dissipated is the average.
IE: Average power during switching = A/2 * V/2.
So, no matter how low your R(on) is, how fast and how often you switch is the problem.
