a good PCB stackup is depending on your design (i.e. your devices, your signal requirement, etc.).

Hi,

Look for the documents available in Pcblibraries.com,ultracad.com and bethesignal.com,which will help your pcb stackup issues.

Beside this you can also refer Howard johnson,eric bogatins and douglas brooks books.

I've heard that Polarinstruments have software which can calculate and simulate for us the stack up.
