how to find load capacitance value for level up shifter and feedback amplifier ?

Your question should be more elaborated and specific ,it is not possible to give a thorough lesson in this forum. i hope you got my point . people love to help if it is more specific question .
 

i hava a comparator and its output will be input to level down shifter.in that case how to find load cap value?

By estimation, or better by simulation (if you have the right models).
