Libraries are not visible in library manager

Hi,
Anybody please help i am new to pads9.2,after opening an library manager in pads layout librarys are not visible in that please tell me settings how to make libraries visible.
 

When you open Library Manager there's a button for "Manage Lib List". Click on that and then click "Add" and browse to the library you want to add.
