Lattice Diamond software clock adjustment

Hello,

I would like to use a Lattice fpga board but I' m very new with lattice diamond software. So far I have experience on xilinx tools.

I read and watched some tutorials and got impression that the design flow is somehow different.

I would like to make a very basic example, a blinking LED. So how can I declare pins and clock speed? And also is there a clock wizard/IP for changing clock frequency?
