large size led score board with animated board?????

hi 2 all
im working on some interesting project..... my aim is to make large size score or advertisment boards like we see in a cricket match or foot ball matches....
i have gud experience in making of simple scrolling message displays but im sure to make lage size display need some special technique ..... so any link, tutorial or file will very helpfull to me.
