Hi everyone,
I am designing a LAN @200M with specification of bandwith 70M, NF below 3.5dB and gain more than 35dB by using TSMC 0.18 technology. I don’t know which structure is good for this design? Is here anyone has experience. Any suggestion will be appreciated.
Thanks
Robin

u can begin with common source , and then cascode , the main issue that the frequency id low , so ur coil will be off chip if u will use coils

khouly

good also u can try comon gate amp also

I think you can get the tsmc018 design kit for ads at many website
try local search and google search

are you design LNA?

70MHz @ 200MHz, 3.5dB NF of CMOS technology is really a difficult task in my knowledge

...

Hi.you can find this design kit in this forum

Actually, I did design a LNA and mixer work @ 200MHz. The test result is 6dB NF of total front end. I have no idea why. The matching network seems right compared to the simu result. The gain is a little lower. Anyone can give suggestion? appreciate

I think you'd better use the cascode.
