ISCAS'89 benchmark circuits in VHDL ??

I need the ISCAS'89 benchmark circuits in VHDL for my thesis! I can't find them on the Internet, only a few sites have them in Verilog. If anyone could give me a link or a .rar file with the benchmarks in VHDL, I would much appreciate it! Thank you!
