Hi,I'm new bie,and I want to study and work on computer architecture design and asic design.Do u know any good and downloadable references to study these things? Is learning VLSI or digital ID design important , because I want to focus on system design?
can u suggesst me any little project that I learn more by doing it ?

Thank you very much.

If you can not find any thing good in this forum then Google it!
There are a lot of stuff relate to VLSI and digital IC design.
Also, there is a lot of ebook references i this website.

VLSI projects: ALU, FIR(finite impulse response), ect... Again, just google your idea or interest topic.

Hi reza56:

If you focus on system design, you don't need know VLSI. I think the

system you care is the key.
