In Protel Lib File not recognised

Hi to all once again
I've installed Protel 99se on my laptop
When i was trying to include the lib files the Error window popup showing message
"File does not recognised " i tried for many different librarys but no use

Can any one help please its so urgent

Note i am using Window 7:
