Proteus: Problem in file upload

Hi all, I wrote a program in C using Arduino for STM32F103C8 micro controller for interfacing with MSP4725. After compiling the code gave no errors in Arduino but on uploading the .elf file to the controller while digitally simulating the circuit in proteus error was received. I have attached the picture of the error as well. Can someone guide me on how to generate a .hex file since it is not being generated even after selecting the compile option in preferences and also selecting export compiled binary in sketch tab.
