Impedance Matching for differential lines

i have to impedance match the 2.4GHz high impedance differential line to a differential impedance of 100 Ohms. Can anyone please help me providing the theory behind the impedance matching of differential lines.

Also AWR Microwave Office (MWO) has inbuilt easy to use measurements for Diffrential circuits (for example see the attached document)...
