impact of ferrite-core permeability on inductance of antennas problem

I have a problem and i'm very hurried to need the solution
problem 6.12 Antenas and radiowave of Collin
I don't know how the permeability impact on the inductance of ferrite-core antennas
how does the inductance of antenna change when the effective permeatility of ferrit core is 12
Thank you so much.
