If foundry has no Magma RC rule file, how to generate?

Hi Guy,

For SPEF extraction, RC rule file is required. If foundry has no Magma format RC rule file, should I generate by using "rule layer..." command manually? If so, it was a overhead because firstly coding job is difficult, especially I am not farmiliar with foundry RC parameter, in case of incorrect, how to do? Any translation command like "SDC translation" with standard LEF tech file input？
