hi !!
i have just worked with hydraulic servo valve MOOG 631 and i found that i cannot control smooth posistion . I've tried alot but i have the same result. After that my professor told me that i have to control the current of the system with a rapidly response and control the posistion by current setpoint. So my problem is how i deisign a controller like that with MCU.
my system including
Servo valve MOOG 631 params:
+ Coil resistance 56 Ohm
+ Rated current +/-50 mA
+ Coil Inductance @ 50 Hz 0.8 H
+ Electrical Power 0.14 W
Linear posistion sensor with Stroke length 900mm
I really appreciate all suggestion !
