how to write a logic 1 to the memristor

i need to write logic 1 to a memristor. how ?
am using the following memristor model

You cannot "write" logical 1 or logical to a memristor, i.e., you cannot store charges to a memristor.

But you can vary the resistance over the range Roff to Ron and use one of them as logical 1 and the other as logical 0 in your circuits.

The resistance can be varied by either changing the "integral" of the voltage applied or the polarity.
