How to test 2 bit flash ADC ?

1)Can anyone help me to design 12 bit 100MHz pipeline adc?
2)How is the schematic for CMOS opamp with Gain=4
3)How is the schematic for 8-to-3 priority encoder?
I have design 2 bit flash ADC...how could i test it?

Pipeline ADC

You can use signal generator to get the signal source. Or use DAC to generate the test input signal for your 2bit ADC. It should be easy because the resolution of the ADC is low
