How to show the memory in my RTL code ( [7:0] mem [7:0]) in DVE?

I find a "show memory" in the "Signal menu". But it is grey and disabled.

Would anyone should me how to show the memory value?

Thanks in advance.

Did you dump them? If you use interactive mode, use the dump dialgo and enable -aggregates switch. If you use UCLI, use:

dump -aggregates -add / -depth 0
