How to send message through GSM for different peoples

Hello Sir/Madam,

I have a problem for sending message to different mobile numbers without PC.
In this project i am using pic(dsPIC33FJ16GP102) microcontroller, 2x2 keyboard and GSM. I completed circuit diagram.
I am new to pic controller and GSM. So, please tell me suitable suggestions and how to proceed.
