How to import gerbers generated from PADS in GERBTOOL ?

Hi Frnds,
I am currently learning Orcad's Gerbtool for gerbers viewing & editing. But I could open only files in .GTD format. There is an option to import GERBERS but when I select new file & try to import gerbers ..that function is DISABLED.
Can you pls help me to find how to import gerbers generated from PADS in GERBTOOL ? Any other info related to get mastery on Gerbtool is also welcome.
