Hi,
I want to design Low-Voltage reference, about 0.3V.According to the design request, I can not use the bandgap reference. What structure do I choose?

Thanks!

how about the power supply? Bandgap can be used if you want to get 0.3v reference

Refer to this paper:

"P. Malcovati, F. Maloberti, M. Pruzzi, and C. Fiocchi, "Curvature compensated BiCMOS bandgap with 1-V supply voltage," IEEE J. Solid-State Circuits, vol.36, no.7, pp.1076–1081, July 2001"

Iptat & Ictat summation circuit by H.Banba could be used .
this sub-bandgap ckt is ordinary circuit with a clever/great modification .

hi,
first,I show my thanks to all!
The reference I will design should be finished by CMOS process, abd 5V power supply. Is it available to apply E/D reference?Share your good materials about this .
All the best!

low votage design need some special consideration
