how to convert RGB444 raw to bmp?

Hi.
I willing to convert from ov7670 camera output RGB4:4:4 raw data to bmp.
but i don't know what exactly how convert to bmp.
Does anyone knows what how to convert RGB444 to bmp?

Here's i got the data.
