Hi all.....

A Design doubt....

My Frame format has a 5 Bits which determines How much the Message/Data is present.....

Each Bit = 1 Byte.....Therefore 31 Bytes of Maximum Information can be sent.....

Now if i want more data i.e more than 31 Bytes of data to be sent.....

Then How should i configure the data or the length of data....

Thanks

Hi,
You can used logic like that these 5 bits (address[4:0])will define your frame bytes with multiplication by any integer value ..
then total number of frame is like that ...(address[4:0] * Integer Number ) .........
But this logic will depend on your design , It may be this will not apply to your design .........Its like one suggestion ........

Regards
