How to add pin to a new footprint

I try to create a new footprint but i cannot add another pin . How can i do this ?
 

Which PCB design tool you are using ?
 

I am using Orcad , (layout plus)
 

Select the "Pin" tool at the top of the screen and press the "Insert" key on your keyboard. Another way is to just copy (Ctrl-C) an existing pin.
