[SOLVED] how to add Non-electrical part in PADS Layout

How can I add a Decal for screw to PADS Layout design without having it in the schematic??
I have already created non-electrical part decal for one screw. But do not know how to add it to my design...

Thanks in advance!
 

i think u have to create a part/decal for screw with deselecting option of ECO enabled. then in ECO mode u have to call part in design.

try, it may work.
