How the memory organized for video data

i would like to know how the digital video data has stored in memory and retrieved in what format ?
and how the video get synchronised
 

It's not well defined question.
Digital video data is not a special data, it is usual as usual.
You can store your digital data as X format in block or distributed RAMs.
Video is synchronized by synchronization signal as HSYNC, VSYNC and FSYNC(known as seperate sync) or embedded sync (sync in video data)
