how do I get a 0.25 um techfile for Virtuoso cadence?

hello, guys... I am spending a lot of time to get a techfile for Virtuoso..
Unfortunately, I can't.. I read some post regarding this topic, and someone says I should do that in hand.. but it's quite difficult for me.
can someone tell me how do I do that?

Find here a 10 year old techfile from Cadence' General Purpose Design Kit gpdk446. Don't know if its helpful. In any case, you'd have to adapt all the layer names, numbers, and all the rules. View attachment techfile.txt

It should also work for IC5, but may be not for IC6.
