hi all
I have a question about high voltage witch about 25v in nandflash. this high voletage would be used for program or erase in nandflash. the schematic is normal dickson pump, and have a regulator follow the pump for small ripple. the spec have a limit, the high voltage's ripple must be smaller than 50mv, but the regulator's over shoot will be bigger than 300mv when the output have a big capacitor load suddenly. so would anyone can help me for this? thank you very much
