What kind of high speed PCB design ? high power or low power ? how much is your referred speed ? RF ? or switching applications ?

For high speed digital you look for DDR memory interface information, FPGA application notes, gigabyte ethernet, processors etc there is a wealth of information, evaluation boards and circuitry, guidlines and examples.
For rf look for modem and wirless chips and applications again plenty of information.
Again, when asking questions a bit more detail would help focus the respnses you get to somthing more akin to what you are after.
