HFSS - Bad S11 for my Coaxial Probe-fed Patch Antenna..File Attached. HELP needed

I have attached my coaxial probe-fed patch antenna while going thru a getting started tutorial using HFSS 13. My S11 is around -2.5 dB, when it should be closer to -30 dB or better. I'm not sure why. I basically followed the tutorial verbatim.

The only difference is that I needed to use a Lumped Port on the Coax pin instead of the tutorial-specified wave port (where I was getting errors). I also played around with the Coax ground sheath, but that didn't seem to make much difference.

Can somebody take a look at the attachment and tell me what I'm doing wrong? Thanks!
